How could the tire leak?
When the air pressure is too low, the tire cannot fit tightly against the wheel. If a person rides on it, there will be a bigger gap. When it reaches the peak, the tire will suddenly separate from the wheel and leak completely.

Tubeless design inflation method:
1. Lay the tire flat as shown in your picture.
2. Arrange the tire so that the tire and the wheel hub fit perfectly.
3. Then use an air pump to quickly inflate the tire. (Using an electric air pump is more effective)

The final method:
1. You need to find another helper.
2. Use four hands to gently push the tire toward the wheel hub as shown in the picture. It should fit snugly without any gaps.
3. Use an air pump to inflate, and pay attention to the actions in the second step until the tire is fully inflated.

If the wheel is not damaged and the pump is strong enough, this will work. It requires some skill. If you can do it, it will be a piece of cake.

If you confirm that the tire is not damaged and there is no obvious external injury.
