I bought this bike for my husband for his 40th birthday. Absolutely love this bike. It’s big and I will be buying another. It’s fun to ride and charges great and last 6 hours in the park on the trails. It’s quick and the fat tires make it easy to go over rocks and hills. It took my husband less than an hour to assemble it.
Shipping fee was reasonable, customer service was good. Just shipping speed, from China, was understandably slow. Would be nice to have some parts in the US/Canada.
Hello, our e-bikes and most accessories are stocked in multiple warehouses across the United States, with delivery typically taking 2–8 business days to most areas. Special products need to be custom-made at the HiKeep factory. Customized orders generally require a longer production time.

Hello I love the look of the bike and assembly was easy!!! But i notice a problem with the battery bracket holder on the frame!!! It does not sit flush on the frame and the battery wiggles a little bit even when the battery is in lock position! The entire battery and bracket moves a little bit and over time it will be a problem!!! The other 2 Hi keep bikes that i have do not have this issue!!!! And i did not ride this K6 Bike yet!!!!!! Its very cold out!!!!!!
Thank you very much for your suggestion. Since we haven't received your video and photos, I suspect the most likely cause of this issue is: the battery has become larger.Compared to previous models, the latest K6 MAX has a battery capacity that is three times larger.
Solution:We will release a dedicated battery strap. It will both secure the battery and serve a decorative purpose.
