Is my Hikeep ME pre-assembled?
The Hikeep ME is partially 95% assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the user manual or look at the assembly video for help.

What Types of Terrain Can Hikeep ME Handle?
It is a safe product that is compliant with UL certification. It's also an excellent choice for urban commuting.
Hikeep ME ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. Hikeep ME is also suitable for all-season use.
