Hikeep K6 ebike Manuals

The controls for the lights the turn signal and the horn.There seems to be three lights there one for the lights and two more one for each turn signal
How do I get those to work that way i know when the turn signals are on ?

I just bought a pair of HiKEEP KS-L bikes. There is a cluster that has the headlight, horn and signal lights but I did not receive signal lights, although it does look like there are signal lights built into the rear brake light but unable to operate them
