The installation was quick and straightforward—just plug and unplug as usual with no complicated wiring needed. During the test drive, error code 03 appeared. Customer service advised that the wires might not be connected properly. After checking, I found a loose connector, reconnected it, and the issue was resolved.

I have two hikeep K6-G.I purchased two of these one for my son's iPhone12 and one for my Android Samsung S24 they both work great on both of our bicycles very sturdy keeps the phone safe and secure.

My K6-G had a broken throttle after my son accidentally dropped it. I found this company through Google, followed their clear instructions, and quickly installed the replacement. Excellent product and service! The throttle works perfectly now.

We live in the suburbs and this e-bike couldn't be better. This is our second set of bikes. These bikes are great. They sit in the garage when not in use. I like that it's longer, stronger frame, has a solid handle bar, and weighs the same as our last bike. I like the wide tires, comfortable seat, sturdy kickstand and handlebars. My husband is tall and feels more sturdy on this bike. The speed is great and the controls with the screen are great.

This is the best electric bike I’ve ever ridden! Based on the manual and my experience riding around 20 miles, the K6-G offers three distinct modes:

Pure Electric Mode: In this mode, no pedaling is required. If you do pedal, the power assist kicks in, which can be a bit tricky for beginners or those unfamiliar with it.

Human-Powered Mode: This mode features a 7-speed Shimano transmission, making it easy to ride using only pedal power.

Low-Speed Cruise Mode: The bike maintains a constant speed of around 3.2 MPH, and it stops automatically when you brake.

As a 68-year-old veteran, I find this bike to be the perfect fit for me. I can easily ride it through forests, across grass, and even on mountain trails. It’s also great for trips to the shopping mall or taking my grandson to his football club. His friends love the bike and think it’s really cool.

My 18yr old could not received shipment I had to leave work to be there to get bike from fed ex .. that was the only issue … but it ship fast and I got it maybe 3rd day of placing order very fast delivery … package came well pack and organized … super nice bike

This electric bike was a pleasant surprise right out of the box! Assembly was much easier than expected. Although it's somewhat heavy, the overall build quality is solid and exceeds my expectations. It strikes an excellent balance between durability and thoughtful design, making each ride feel reliable and secure.

Riding it is an absolute joy, largely thanks to its smooth acceleration. I now find myself riding the bike almost every day—whether it's to the mailbox or the gym—because it consistently delivers a fun and enjoyable experience. The removable battery is a standout feature, allowing me to effortlessly convert the e-bike into a lighter, traditional bike whenever I want to get a bit more exercise.

We bought the pair of 16" fat tire bikes just over a month ago. In that time, I've put about 70 miles on mine. Bikes were a bit difficult to put together. The first took about 3.5 hours and the 2nd took about 2 hours due to learning from the 1st. There were some difficulties with one of the bikes but seller offered prompt support. Replacement parts and small refund were promptly offered. I'm big on customer support so, even though there were problems, I think a 5 star review is still warranted.
I test drove quite a few e-bikes before making this online purchase. These aren't as comfortable as some of the other bikes I tested but they are far cheaper. With the savings, I upgraded to a larger, padded, seat and that helped immensely. I'm a big guy and these bikes have no problem pulling me up a hill or keeping their charge. With pedal assist, I can bike over 10 miles and still have over half a charge left on the battery. If using pure power without pedaling, the battery drains much quicker, of course. The electronics are straight-forward and easy to read. The physical gears are largely unnecessary, in my opinion. The electric gears for power assist took about 2 days to fully master. Since that time, they work great and allow for 20 m.p.h travel with very little effort.
For the price, I'm very happy with the level of comfort, power, and customer support. If you are looking for a midrange price on a solid e-bike, I think you will be happy with this purchase. Just remember, these bikes are a bit larger and heavier than they appear in the picture, so I wouldn't recommend for smaller-framed folks or anyone under 4'2" as the bike might overwhelm you. This electric bike is really great. Even when I'm riding at 30 MPH, it remains very smooth. It's the best electric bike I've ridden so far. I highly recommend it.

I received the bike in a little over a week after ordering it from the other side of the United States so I'm pretty happy with that bike overall is awesome. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is being able to reset the trip odometer I don't see why there is, an option to just see your trip mileage and another setting for your full mileage but not be able to reset to see how much miles you're getting per charge without having to do math not that it's a huge deal but you think you would be able to reset that. It was very easy to assemble and seems very well built. The brakes are a little noisy, but not too crazy. The bike shakes a little bit as you're getting to full speed but stops once you get to a certain speed overall it is an awesome bike and I would definitely recommend it. My friend has a $3000 electric bike and mine goes faster for longer and has more accessories built-in to it a quarter of the price!
