What are the differences between K6-S and K6-Max ? your designs are very confusing, all bikes look the same.

my hikeep coco ebike is not running i just got the ebike i made the order late August it was delivered early September and now as of today it’s not working I was riding and felt the bike was losing power now it’s not running
