Q:

I have another question when I just pedal it also turns on the Moter and accelerates me is there a way to to turn that of that if I just pedal there is no assist to it.

 

 

A:Hello, what you are talking about is the power-assist mode of our bike. It can help anyone ride easily.
If you need pure human-power mode, you can set the gear to "0". In this way, the power-assist mode will not be activated.

    I’ve had my hikeep ebike for about a year now. Its worked fine until today. When I turn on the LCD screen and press the + button it will not mode 1. I checked all wiring and unplugged it but I can’t figure out the problem. Please advise thanks.
