How do i remove the battery from Hikeep ebike?

Hello,
You can check the lock on the battery.
1. Insert the key. Turn the key to the "open" position.
2. Push the battery upwards and it will slide out of the slot. Be sure to hold the battery firmly during the whole process to avoid it from falling and causing damage.
