Is my Hikeep MA pre-assembled?
The Hikeep MA is partially 95% assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the user manual or look at the assembly video for help.

Does my height/weight suit the Hikeep MA?
The recommended rider height for Hikeep MA is 5'5" ~ 6'8"; The total payload capacity of Hikeep MA is 330 lbs (not including the bike weight).
What Types of Terrain Can Hikeep MA Handle?
It is a safe product that is compliant with UL certification. It's also an excellent choice for urban commuting.
Hikeep MA ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. Hikeep MA is also suitable for all-season use.
