You can try this solution to remove the speed limit:
Hold the brake handle.
Turn the throttle to the maximum.
Turn on the key. 4. Turn on the screen switch and wait for 20 seconds.
The speed limit is successfully removed.Note: If you cannot turn on the device, please check the battery switch.

I have the same problem. Just bought a Hikeep K6-L-Black, and it’s stuck at 19. After trying many things it just won’t unlock. Don’t know what I’m doing, but I just need a solution that will work.

I have recently bought the Hikeep K6-L-Black. As of now, it only goes about 19 Mph and I can’t seem to unlock it. I have watched several YouTube tutorials and looked on your website to try, but nothing worked. My question is, did I do it wrong? Or did I buy the wrong bike?
